Baby Sitting

We have a resident baby sitter for the week, even better, one that came bearing gifts! So this afternoon I will get to ride my bike in the broken sunshine and enjoy the extra company this evening.

Tomorrow is THE wedding so let us all hope for good weather and quiet children in church...

I now have a set of Thomson twins, namely a reclaimed X4 stem on the Pompino
and an X2 on the Cannondale

A comment about the previous blog ... have you ever thought of cross training, maybe that's a redundant ? but you may be having some burnout? Many serious athletes go thru plateaus and get burnout. I do pilates and walk most morns, and then lift weights during the week and bike when I can .... if I miss one exercize, I can always resort to another within minutes or few hours, and that helps me not to feel so depressed about not exercizing.

I am very pleased with the Thompsom twins as well. They look nice, and William rode his bike.
I am more happy with our new duvet and towels, though.

What a Di-cotomy, which exercise to choose? Clearly keyboard exercises must come into the equation somewhere. Nothing quite like a hard days blogging! Boy, this stuff is depressing.

Mainly, he's eating. This would seem to be the crux of the problem.
If exercise; walking, running, jumping, cycling or anything involving movement of any body part, except the jaws, was taken, this would help.
We are about to have coffee & a danish pastry.
Perhaps I am of little practical help.
