A comment about the previous blog ... have you ever thought of cross training, maybe that's a redundant ? but you may be having some burnout? Many serious athletes go thru plateaus and get burnout. I do pilates and walk most morns, and then lift weights during the week and bike when I can .... if I miss one exercize, I can always resort to another within minutes or few hours, and that helps me not to feel so depressed about not exercizing.Di

What a Di-cotomy, which exercise to choose? Clearly keyboard exercises must come into the equation somewhere. Nothing quite like a hard days blogging! Boy, this stuff is depressing.
Mainly, he's eating. This would seem to be the crux of the problem.If exercise; walking, running, jumping, cycling or anything involving movement of any body part, except the jaws,was taken, this would help.We are about to have coffee & a danish pastry.Perhaps I am of little practical help.m
