Williams Big Gut

I have started a new blog to monitor and track both my training and weight. If you are interested it is called williamsbiggut.blogspot.com and there is a link on the right. I intend to post by training, weight and hours of sleep there each day.

    So how fat are you then?
    How long have you spent on the exercise bike watching home movies?
    I have had little exercise today & just eaten a fantastic fillet steak, roast chibbled potatoes, mixed exotic green veg. with a great bottle of Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by spotted dick & syrup.
    Tomorrow we diet ready for the medicals.
