The exciting announcement...

Was not that we are having a new bin, but that J will be getting a little brother or sister in July if all goes according to plan.
Of course there are scan pictures, but they are on paper and frankly they all look the same so I decided to post a picture of the first one shortly after arrival.

What do you think, boy or girl? (It's on it's own in there which is a relief.) Perhaps I should have a competition to name it, the best suggestion of a boys name and a girls name will be used as appropriate. Feel free to make suggestions!

    Congratulations. Brilliant!
3 grandchildren in 6 months was the record.
    3 in a week now.
Does anyone else have any news - new kitchen appliances, pregnancies....?
    I suspect a boy.
The obvious name would have been Thomas......

Elaine said she felt very "different" with Katie compared to Tim - so before guessing - what do YOU think K?

Congratulations! That is great news- there are certainly plenty of cousins around now!!

We also have some news- Stind and Slammas now have a new car which they bought yesterday, and Stindo is no longer blind.

    Congratulations again.

Thank you everyone. I am feeling very well (if sometimes wondering why on earth we got into parenthood in the first place).
I think it is a boy, no idea why.

    Will and K,
I assume by the 'there's only one in there' comment you are aware of our situation? if not we are also due to have an increase in family size but 2 fold! Congrats to the both of you and we hope Jeremy is thriving.
As for names I am keen on the wilderness type field. Puffin works well for a girl or even conifer, Boys are a little more tricky, as squirrel doesn't really work. But eagle does. Let me know your thoughts.

Bugger, Belated B'day wishes to Katherine
