Last night I went to a spinning class for the first time in Denmark. It was pretty good and thankfully more of a cycling emphasis than some sort of aerobics on bikes. However it was pretty much impossible for me to understand the instructor over the music and in Danish so I had to resort to trying to copy everyone else. I am going again next week.
The new gym is quite nice, but the changing rooms are about the size of our kitchen and I think our hot water system would be better suited than theirs, at least in terms of pressure.
This is J's angelic, "I'm at a wedding in my best clothes" look.
ReplyDeleteI hope that the spinning goes well.
Perhaps you could offer to fit out the changing rooms with Ikea flatpack, when you have a little more experience.

I have a picture of Tim looking strangely a bit like this, at about the same age - when we were last in the USA. Perhpas there is a vague family resemblance after all

it is a wet-cutting diamond saw. I have one you can have if you want but I think, as Lars suggested, renting a proffessional one is a better idea.
