DK NEWS.....

The ear doctors in Roskilde have finally managed to do a hearing test on DK without F'ing it up somehow and he apparently has perfect hearing.
Hurray.
Much more interesting than dieting or cycling.

I think this is always going to be a problem until you make a 'life style change', not go on a 'diet'. It's hard at first but makes the rest of your life so much less stressful as you know you've done the best to take care of yourself but you also still enjoy food alot. For me 'health' is the most important factor about eating now, (I want to live long and strong), then comes taste, so I studied nutrition and read lots of recipes. I cook all the time, eat some butter/chocolate/wine. I also have adopted vegetarian uses of protean. Best of luck!

No fish and chips next time you are in Bicester then! You can have lettuce and we'll have your share!

I think that Danes avoid green veg, despite their love of orange ones.
You have a sweet tooth (inherited).
