Whole 30

Today I am starting a whole 30 month. It isn't a big change from my normal diet, but I will be cutting out dairy and being more strict with my weekend eating which is sometime a little boozy and sugary.

Rules are are usual:
No grains, sugar, vegetable oil, processed foods or potatoes and minimal fruit.

On top of that we have:
No dairy or alcohol.

Sounds boring doesn't it!?
