Day off...

Eating!
I didn't eat for 24 hours between Tuesday night when we celebrated MK's birthday and getting home from an evening meeting at work last night so that was 24 hours without eating. It was actually quite easy and I think I should try to do it once a week and see if it helps with controlling my weight.

    No, no, no.
    Not a good idea - body goe into starvation mode.
    Jut eat enibly all of the time & you will level off at a sensible weight.

    Have tried this for shorter periods when too lazy to make the trek from bed to the fridge. Not noticed any great weight loss.aj

    W means a whole day off food, not the break between meals - that's not fasting, not really.
    Most of us do that.
