I just had my body age measured by a consultant at work as part of our employee health screening thing. Apparently my body age is 1 year above my real age which is not bad considering that I have not done any exercise for the last 3 months. The thing that pushed it over my real age was my blood pressure which was too high. Thankfully I know that this is white coat syndrome because when I measure it at home, it is much lower than it was today (128 over 98).
I wouldn't mind having a 37 year old body.

That will be two years older then or the right age today.
