Poalo Betini has won the world championships which is not a big surprise. I was a shame that Erik Zabel came in second again, he really deserves to have won this race at least once, but her never seems to get it right and I think time may have run out for him now.
For those of you who are not interested in cycling (probably all of you, but I am trying to educate my loyal readers a little on the subject of bike racing), we have had a very successful weekend of painting rails cutting grass, fitting child seats to bikes and general housey stuff. As usual I promise that pictures will follow.
