Palæo

We managed to get to the Palæo restaurant at the weekend (the boys had pizza from the place next door) and we were pretty impressed. The highlight was certainly the Bolo - ducks hearts and gizzards with vegetable spaghetti and parsley pesto was rich spicy and delicious.

Now everyone is back at school and work so it's downhill all the way to Christmas with J's birthday in the middle as a distraction.

Did you wash it down with a dog turd and tonic?

  3. don't knock it 'til you've tried it. It was really good.

You're missing out on the best meat: grass fed beef and lamb and then pork. Chicken isn't all that healthy apparently.
Salmon should be wild if at all possible
