Crazy dayz

I have been very busy and more than a little stressed at work for the last few days and it looks like it will continue for the foreseeable future...
I'll be back on the bike tomorrow evening and continuing looking forward to the weekend.

    About the liners, you buy the strips and roll them out into your tyres - Riding helps stress -

    I have liners in my tyres. Since putting them in I have had at least 2 flats although I lose count!
