Di has been awarded the book about the Tour de France, I just need an address to post/mail the book too. Perhaps she can mail that to me or leave it in a comment.
If you want to see more pictures of our vacation in Colorado then hop over to Big Williams World for an update.
It's only a book. Do you not have Oxfam shops to take your books to,or have you not heard of the pass it forward approach, where you leave the book in a brown paper bag in a public place for someone else to find and read, although this has somewhat lost out in popularity after the bomb squad detonated the entire Harry Potter series left as part of a treasure hunt.Boom Boom.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the award, we'd never think of looking for that title and look forward to the read. The address is:

Yes, yes, yes!
ReplyDeleteI have retired!
Dozens of cards & lots of pressies & so many kind words & appreciative comments.
Party on Sunday for 45 or so friends & collegues.
It feels pretty good at the moment.

Water, water, everywhere!
ReplyDeleteIt has rained so much all day.
About 5 floods between Solihull & home - really serious ones.
Still raining really hard.
Little cars couldn't get through - good old volvo!
Perhaps we wont need to tidy the garden for Sunday.
Ben 'phoned from the beach in Lyme Regis, eating ice-cream, so not wet everywhere.
Arks not yet needed!

I'm looking for brown paper bags to put my unwanted books in, to leave in public places.
ReplyDeleteCan anybody send me any?
I'll leave my address by the magic of Google Autofill!
